Warranty/Refund Policy 

Our refund policy allows for refunds within 15 days of receipt by customer (per tracking number) with the return of the seat sent back, but only if the seat provided is not damaged or scuffed. Please keep in mind that refunds will not be given to those who have ordered customized/personalized seats, as they are one-of-a-kind and tailored to your liking.

However, our (30-day) warranty will cover any issues you encounter as will cover the return shipping for you in order to fix or replace any defects. We thrive for customer satisfaction and aim to provide an ultimate experience as our customers are always our priority.
