HERE’S HOW OUR PROCESS WORKS:
Our custom ordering process is straightforward.
 

• It starts with a rapid quote. You don’t need all the answers to start the process of ordering custom products. Simply complete our quote request form to start the ball rolling.

• One of our dedicated company representatives will respond within 1-business day.  If your quote is received after business hours, you can expect a prompt response in the morning on the next business day E.T.

• Our representative will work with you to gather any additional information needed to quote your project.

• Once the quote is approved and payment terms are finalized, your project moves into pre-production.

• All project requirements are finalized once we receive payment from you.

• Your project will be scheduled for production, We stock a few standard models and colors for faster shipping. Keep in mind that each seat is hand made per order and it could take between 7-14 business days for completion (does not include shipping time).

• Upon completion, your seat will be checked for quality directly by Mr. Tapia himself and shipped by our shipping team. A confirmation email and/or text will be sent with tracking information directly to you. Shipping times will vary based on your location.
